THE DAY HAS COME!!!

For those that have been following me and this journey to getting my BAi Embroidery machine working, you know by now that I have had this machine for almost two months now. I have been unable to use it in it’s functional capacity, because it would not trim threads and made embroidery life very difficult; so much so that using the Single Needle machine was much faster even with changing multiple thread colors.

Yesterday, April 28, 2023, I was looking at the machine and all of the parts all around me and said to myself “let me put everything back together and just wait on the techs to arrive on May 13, 2023”. While putting the parts together, I saw a trim sensor that was sent to me along with the trim motor about two weeks ago. We never installed it when we swapped the motor. We were still using the sensor that came on the machine. I thought “what if this little booger might be the key to all my problems?” hmmmm!

I swapped the sensor and continued putting all of the tedious little screws back in place and closing the machine back up. Y’all when I say there were parts EVERYWHERE…I mean it! lol I put it all back together and flipped the power switch. Praying for a miracle and God listened!!!

I did a test trim and it appeared to trim the thread! I did a test stitch and it stitched perfectly. I ran a few more test stitches (mainly tension tests) and y’all it stitched beautifully! I am beyond excited. So if you know like I know, this means there will be some new additions to the shop and they will incorporate embroidery. I may also start offering embroidery customization for orders you all may place or even customizing clothing/apparel for you if you need it done. Stay tuned!
