Multi-Needle Update…

So here we are… April 19, 2023, and my BAi Mirror 1501 multi-needle embroidery machine is STILL not functioning properly. I have been in contact with the company a number of times and lost countless hours of sleep waiting up for them to get to work to run tests with me. It is very unfortunate that the customer service hours do not extend to the accessibility of the United States customers for ease as well, especially with a great deal of their customer base being in the United States and at least a twelve (12) hour time difference.

Anyway… I finally received a package tonight from the techs with a part that is supposed to be a new motor for the trim function that keeps failing to work. I have requested to take this machine back and exchange it at the nearby warehouse, but this is supposed to be the last test before we discuss an exchange. Fingers crossed that this works. I will update everyone later on what happened, but in the meantime, it’s 9PM and I need to get on the line to try to fix this machine; then hopefully I will have some content worth tuning in for you all to enjoy.
