Fall is fast approaching…
My favorite season hands-down is fall with winter as a runner up. Although the season hasn’t come in full force yet, I have already begun to bring in those fall elements. For starters, mom and I love to cozy up on the couch with our favorite blankets and a soothing mug of our favorite coffee. The stores have even started showing a little love and put some pumpkin spiced favorites on the shelves.
This past weekend we made coffee with pumpkin spice creamer. IT….WAS…..THE….BOMB!!!!! Starbucks has a non-dairy pumpkin spice creamer that is absolutely amazing! Using that to spruce up our coffee, sweet creamy whipped cream, and just a sprinkle of pumpkin spice seasoning. Yummm!
In addition, we made pumpkin pancakes for breakfast. Because it was spur of the moment, we used pancake mix, but the outcome was still amazing. We simply popped the top on a can of pumpkin puree and added it to our mix. We tossed them on the griddle and cooked to perfection. When they were done, we topped them with a little powdered sugar, whipped cream, syrup, and pumpkin pie spice. These were a sweet, decadent treat I shamelessly indulged in.
This time of indulgence brought about a new idea for fall products. Guess I had better get to work then, huh?
